ANOTHER WIN FOR THE BOYS
The Reserve Grade match was slightly more even and the Quarriers had no trouble in running out winners 5 – 2. It is very hard to play good soccer against poor opponents and the reserve Grade struggled to do so. Pacey veteran striker Brian Brown got amongst the goals with a hat-trick and looked likely to score a least double that many. Kiama simply outclassed United and they did well to score two goals against the run of play. Best for Kiama in a romp was midfielder Mark Price who was the Man of the Match.
