GOOD GAME BY THE RESERVES
Kiama’s Reserve Grade were beaten 3 – 1 by a Tarrawanna side that have scored an amazing 47 goals so far this year.
The boys put in a great effort and were concerned that the score line was not a fair indication. Kiama
Leagues Club Man of the Match was the unorthodox Matthew Harkness who was prominent in the forward line and midfield. A
sad note of this game was local soccer identity Larry Beringer being taken from the field by Ambulance after suffering a serious leg injury. Dave Kay scored the
only goal for Kiama.
